Our lovely farmhouse is minutes from Lake Lemon, Griffey Lake, Indiana University & many spots in Bloomington. Conveniently not far from I-69, we're 20 minutes away from Nashville. This is a basement apartment with private bedroom, private bathroom, large living/dining area, & kitchenette. Shared front door & ~10 steps inside main floor. The ranch is 50+ acres with 8+ acres of woods for hiking, pastures with cattle, a heated pool & patio area, & a beautiful front porch looking over the ranch.

This suite has private entrance, scenic views & a 300 sq ft private deck. You may see wild life out back. We are out in the country, 12 min drive north of Ellettsville. If a peaceful retreat & country living is for you, this is the place. We are 20 min from Oliver Winery, McCormick’s Creek State Park, Bloomington & Morgan-Monroe State Forest. Queen bed sleeps 2 adults & pull out couch will sleep 2. A TV is provided, but can only stream from your devices. (2) night minimum on IU event weekends.

This room is a good value. It is close enough to Indianapolis yet peaceful, clean, quiet, and private. We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. Located on a country cul-de-sac, this newly finished walk-out basement apartment is a great place for a get-a-way and is less than 15 minutes from 2 wineries. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is full of light with big windows and full-height ceilings. Retreat onto the covered deck overlooking the beautiful ravine to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Get to east Bloomington in 15 min or to Nashville in less than 30 min! We allow up to two pets per stay, ask for details!

It is close to everything you can imagine. This Rental is in the heart of Martinsville cultural district but 20 mins south to Bloomington IU stadium and 30 mins to Indianapolis Lucas Oil stadium. We have it all from sports venues, shopping, Dining and beautiful parks to hike and just have a great time exploring central Indiana.

Welcome to “Maria’s Haven”💕 A beautiful cozy home in the heart of a beautiful small town. This home belonged to my mother, Maria, who passed away in 2020 to breast cancer. This home was truly her “Haven”. Take a walk to the local diner, museum, Gosport playground, local shops, or to our delicious Amish bakery. We are also just a few miles from the popular “Hilltop” restaurant as well as McCormicks Creek State Park. Our mission is to make you feel like you never even left home. ☺️

Relax in our quaint guesthouse. Have access to our beautiful farm and spacious barn. You will be staying on a working farm/vineyard. Walk in the woods back to the river or explore the orchard. Set up on the patio of the barn to watch the abundant wildlife or have a fire in the firepit. You can hang out in the barn, play games, or just relax. Things change here often as we are still building the winery, so come see what is new. Also visit the chickens, ducks , and turkeys.

Whether you are here for work, a big game or a family event, I want everyone to have great time! I provide games, movies, books, wifi and a guidebook to help you find food and fun. Monroe County has 2 wineries & 3 lakes. We are 8 mi to Mccormick's Creek park, 5 mi to Monroe County fairgrounds, 4 mi to West side shopping and restaurants, 7 mi to Memorial Stadium, 8 mi to College mall, 19 mi to Fairfax beach, and 21 mi scenic drive to Nashville, IN.
