The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

Horses, chickens and other farm animals are on the property as well. Southern Arkansas University (SAU) is five minutes away. The historic square which is home to the annual Magnolia Blossom Festival World Championship Steak Cook Off and local shops and restaurants are just a three minute walk.

Guests can enjoy Netflix or sign in to any streaming account. There is also high speed WIFI and a WIFI printer located in the Office which includes desk, chair and queen size bed.
