The Pods by the Stream - Swaledale Pod & Hot Tub

‘Swaledale’ is one of two pods at Flakebridge Farm. Luxury Glamping Pod situated on a farm located on the border of the Lake District & Yorkshire Dales. Each Pod has their own private hot tub, fire pit/BBQ, outdoor patio with luxury Rattan furniture & own parking/entrance. Sleeps 4 (2 adults 2 children) or 3 adults. Fully insulated with towel heater/radiator. Kitchenette, microwave, fridge/freezer, utensils, toaster & kettle. All bedding, towels & complimentary robes & slippers provided.

The space The studio, is set within a newly converted barn, with its own entrance on the quiet edge of the Lake District, a few steps from a wood-fired sauna and a wild swimming pool. Modern, serene and quietly luxurious, perfect for a couple or up to three friends as a mini retreat. It can also comfortably accommodate a family of four. A twin double bed, a sofa bed, a dining area, a deep bath in the en-suite bathroom, light cooking facilities., parking and easy access into the Lakes.

The Old Potting Shed, cosy retreat with hot tub

The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

This recently renovated barn is in a country setting a mile from Orton village in the Westmorland Dales bordering the Lake District National park. Approx 5 minutes from J38 &39 of M6, in easy reach of Orton village’s amenities of pub, cafe, shop, chocolate factory and local farm shop. Ideal as base a for exploring the local area or a stopover en-route to & from the north. Dogs welcome with enclosed garden and walks from the doorstep. The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. our lovely 2 bedroom cottage features a welcoming living area with a log burner, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom also a rear garden with seating in a quiet friendly area. come and enjoy Sedbergh walks with fabulous views with shops, cafes and pubs located approximately 3/4 mile into the market town where you can also find a tourist information centre. the property is situated on the dalesway walk and also the hamlet having won Cumbria in bloom multiple times.

Nestled at the foot of the Howgill Fells on our small family farm, Ellergill pod is the ideal base to explore both the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. With its double bed and double sofa bed, it's perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 or for a family with up to 2 children. There is a fully equipped kitchenette,  ensuite bathroom, outdoor dining, firepit, bbq, swinging seat and covered outdoor bath ( big enough for 2!)
