Fully equipped, you’ll be able to prepare yourself fresh food and drinks at your own leisure. ++SUN ROOM/DINING ROOM++ A great space for those here on business using laptops and tablets looking for a quiet spot to sit and enjoy your morning coffee whilst getting work done. A lovely spot for guests who wish to dine in and don’t fancy eating on their laps. ++BEDROOM++ Bedroom is located upstairs. KING SIZE bed dress in fresh white linen. The room also features an amazing mezzanine gallery. The room is relaxing, has a double wardrobe and hair dryer. ++GARDEN PATIO++ The garden patio is a great space to enjoy drinks, nibbles and the evening sun. The Hayloft at Bainton - 2 bedroom cottage.

The Hayloft provides self catering holiday cottage accommodation fitted out to a high standard. The property is located in the pretty little village of Bainton situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds close to many tourist destinations such as Beverley, Hull, York and the east coast. The cottage has a private gravelled garden area with outdoor furniture, set within one acre of private land and includes off road parking. We welcome two well behaved dogs but they must not be left unattended.

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

The Orchard

The home is in a quiet corner of the farm with views over open countryside. The garden is securely fenced with a large lawn which is a safe area for your dog Please list pets when booking. If you are bringing more than one dog, please let me know before booking. There are walks from the doorstep to the River Hull, and Pulfin Nature Reserve, which are popular with fishermen and bird watchers. The historic town of Beverley is 4 miles away and the coastal resort of Hornsea is 10 miles away

The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. Located on a quiet street with views overlooking the beautiful Minster, the property provides 3 bedrooms catering for up to 6 guests and has off street parking for 3 cars. A short walk will take you into the Town Centre where you can explore the many shops, bars and restaurants. Walk the opposite way and you are into country lanes and open fields.

Picturesque 18th Century Cottage

An period 18th Century cottage with a lovely kitchen, a cosy living room and a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed. In addition there is a sofa bed in the living room, so this cottage can be occupied by 2-4 guests. The private and prettily planted courtyard has seating and a BBQ. Please note that as this is a period property the stairs to the upstairs bedroom are narrow and very steep and would sadly not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
