Château Stables with Truffle Orchard

In the grounds of a 15th century château - featured in a number of home & interior magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. (This accommodation has not been adapted for people with disabilities of any kind.)

Endroit très calme avec vue sur vallée, sans vis à vis. 1h15 du Puy du Fou, 1 h Futuroscope, 1h30 Marais Poitevin, 1 h des Châteaux de la Loire, randonnées... Gîte spacieux climatisé, avec douche et lavabo dans chacune des chambres. 2 WC au rez-de-chaussée et 1 WC à l'étage. Cour, parking et jardin clos privatifs, salon de jardin, balançoire, plancha, terrasse, table de ping-pong. Possibilité de louer les draps 12€/lit, les serviettes 5€/personne et de choisir l'option ménage : 120€

Le gîte du Presbytère des Groseillers-79

Situé au cœur des Deux-Sèvres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers, est parfaitement placé pour rayonner entre la Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, le marais poitevin, La Rochelle, La Vendée et le Puy du Fou. En plus de la campagne environnante et du ruisseau de L'Autize, les hôtes peuvent profiter sur place d'expositions de peinture et d'instruments de musique (piano, guitare, percussions). C'est le lieu idéal pour se retrouver entre amis ou en famille, séjourner au calme et se ressourcer!

Le Parc 79 - Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of 2 houses on 6 acres of private land. We sleep up to 18 people across both properties, giving guests flexible use of the public and private areas. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). We offer a 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and parkland. We're unable to host weddings/events - please see note below (in Other details to note)

Emplacement idéal : à 10 min d'Airvault et du Château de St-Loup, 50 min du Puy du Fou et du Futuroscope. Vallée du Thouet toute proche ( rando, vélo). Wi-Fi & parking privé inclus. Hâte de vous accueillir !

Gîte "Chez Marie-Rose" cité de caractère

Le gîte de 70m² au total vous accueillera avec tous les éléments de confort. La cuisine entièrement équipée, (lave vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, cafetière, table cuisson induction..). Au rez de chaussée , il y a le séjour, la salle de bain avec un WC, une chambre avec un lit double 160 et un débarras. A l'étage, le salon mezzanine avec TV vous permettra de vous détendre. Vous trouverez également 2 chambres avec chacune 2 lits simples et un WC séparé.

Gîte charmant de 94m² idéalement placé en Gâtine Poitevine entre le Futuroscope, le Puy du Fou et le Marais Poitevin.
