Eingebettet in ein Naturschutzgebiet befindet sich unser Haus auf einem 1500m² großen Grundstück inmitten von Oliven-, sowie einigen Feigen- und Zitronen-Bäumen. Auf diversen Terrassen findet ihr Sofas und Sessel zum verweilen - gerne könnt ihr Stuhl und Tisch in den Olivenhain oder ans Meer mitnehmen um euren eigenen Lieblingsplatz zu finden. Die beiden Apartments sind identisch ausgestattet und liegen nebeneinander mit separaten Eingängen - die Ausstattung ist nachhaltig und hochwertig.

Apartment offers two spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, large modern bathroom, free parking and private lounge area outdoors. NOTE: Both bedrooms have air conditioning, upon request two twin beds can be turned into king size bed by putting mattress topper on. Roller blinds and lights come with a remote. Is an enchanting modern villa with amazing sea views. The beach is 70 m underneath the villa, you can also choose to spend your time on the terrace with a private pool and everything necessary for a relaxing vacation. One part of the pool is under the villa ,its designed if its raining or its cold that in the all time guests have heated area pool. Since the villa is located on a slope, it is divided into 3 levels. It can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 beautiful bedrooms.

Dadurch hat jede Familie oder jedes Paar ihren eigenen privaten Bereich. Gemeinsame Küche sowie große Terrasse mit Grill und schönem Meerblick laden zum Zusammensitzen ein. Der Strand ist nur etwa 50 Meter entfernt und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplätze für zwei Autos sind vorhanden.

Das Haus ist mit einem offenen Wohn- und Esszimmer ausgestattet und verfügt im Obergeschoss über 2 geräumige Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Badezimmer. Das Highlight dieser Villa ist das Innere und Äußere. Luxuriöser geht es nicht.
