Welcome to our 2 bedroom end terrace house in Denton Holme, Carlisle! We can accommodate 4 people, with a king size bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. We can also provide 2 travel cots. We cater for families with children of any age, people traveling for work or breaking up a long journey and dog lovers on holiday. The house is 10 minutes walk from the centre of Carlisle, round the corner from nearby shops and a short stroll from a lovely walk by the River Caldew.

Stanwix Cottage dates back to the 1650s when it was part of the coaching Inn which is now the Crown and Thistle. It has been recently fully renovated and is an ideal comfortable base to tour the City of Carlisle, Cumbria, including the Lake District or Southern Scotland. It has three reception rooms including a conservatory overlooking the lovely enclosed garden with patio and three bedrooms, one ensuite. It is within walking distance of the city centre and Rickerby Park and the River Eden.

A cosy annexe just off the Hadrian's Wall path in Stanwix, Carlisle. You may wish to use nearby eateries or make yourself something in the kitchenette (small airfryer, microwave, fridge, hotplate, kettle and toaster provided) we welcome those who wish for a place to stay. A double bed and en suite shower awaits in fresh comfortable surroundings. Open to all but please be aware of access arrangements to the property -access up a lane. We welcome you to stay in our new self contained suites and hope you will find the accommodation comfortable and to a high standard. We are also dog friendly, if you want to bring your dog please let us know. There’s a small charge of £10 per dog, payable on arrival. We are near to the English/Scottish Border, Lake District and only 10 minutes from the Hadrian's Wall path, making us a prefect base for a get away or stop off. Also we are only 5 mins from the M6 from Junction 44.

Small but perfectly formed 2 bedroom terraced house a few minutes walk from the City centre and Carlisle train station and near to Fusehill Street Campus. Beautifully presented and furnished to a high standard. Main bedroom has a standard sized double bed and the second bedroom has a single and a trundle bed (trundle NOT suitable for an adult, only for child/young teenager) The living room and open plan kitchen are fully equipped including fridge, freezer and a washer/dryer.
