There's a sidewalk down Blythe Island Drive, making it only a short 30-min walk to play at the park, launch your boat, or fish off the pier. FLETC is 9.4 miles, approximately 17 minutes away.

Note NO PETS, NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND, or loud parties this is a quiet and family-oriented neighborhood. Park on the driveway or curb only! We must know about ALL VISITORS!

Ideal for couples, business and adventure travelers to relax in a "private" cottage on a bluff. Safe parking for vehicles. Tie a boat at the dock. It is walking/bicycling distance from Downtown, Fort King George, Historic square, Harris Neck Wildlife Refuge (Great for wildlife photography) Parks and Waterfront also Restaurants and Shops. You'll find everything you need inside. Open living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom and there is an available washer/dryer. Perfect cottage for you and a companion.

Come love what we love about our adopted hometown! We are pet lovers! So your pets are welcome. There is a $25 one time pet fee per pet to help cover the cost of the extra cleaning needed when our furry guests check out.
