It's a cosy, airy space - complete with wood-burning stove, pizza oven and fully-equipped kitchen - with great views over National Trust land. The Hut is perfect for those wanting to escape the big smoke, to chill in front of the fire, bird watch, walk, swim at secluded beaches or travel country lanes to enjoy this wilder patch of the English countryside and coastline.

Our beautiful hut is set in a four acre field which has views over the neighboring countryside to Dartmoor, just visible in the distance. Adjoining the field is two and a half acres of untouched woodland, home to numerous birds and animals, including deer which often wander into the field on still evenings. This cosy space is fully en suite with a woodburner, Hypnos mattress, underfloor heating, fridge, hob, table, chairs and fire pit. It is the perfect retreat from our busy & hectic world.

In the rural village of Buckland Brewer it is a short walk from the pub and the village shop and 15 minutes from Westward Ho!, Putsborough, Clovelly, Bideford and the Tarka Trail. The premises has 4 bedrooms Bed 1 - 1x super king Bed 2 - 1 x double Bed 3 - 2 x single Bed 4 - 1 x single Travel cot Spacious kitchen dinerseating up to 8 people and a great outside space Pets are welcome with prior notification.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

1 double bed, 1 sofa bed (in the same room). Pretty village location close to popular surfing beaches and short drive to amenities. Converted barn loft room offering good size couple/family space with en suite. Tea and coffee making facilities along with a small fridge and toaster. (No Kitchen). Hot tub available on request with at least 24 hours notice. £30 cash payment will be required on arrival. There are facilities to wash off and dry wet suits and boards and to dry wet clothes.

Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

The accommodation can be found nestled in the garden of the old village school with lovely views of the river and woods beyond.
