Two upstairs bedrooms, with a king size bed&Freeview TV, and one with single (further beds on discussion); bathroom and downstairs shower room. Downstairs sitting room with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge (no freezer), without a kitchen sink. Screen (no TV) available in sitting room with HDMI cable. Washing up service provided. This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.

The property has a small kitchenette with a microwave, two ring induction hob, frying pan and saucepan. A fridge, sink, kettle and plates, bowls and cutlery.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

With walks on the farm land and surroundings, local village pubs, cycling along the Grantham canal or in the Vale of Belvoir. Hose Lodge is a traditional farmhouse in the tranquil vale of Belvoir. Outside there are farm buildings and stables, paddocks and an orchard together with formal gardens round the house. It is in a secluded location with great views. The annex is a separate unit to allow privacy and convenience to our guests.
