A beautifully converted Barn set in the boundaries of a 300 year old grade II listed farm house in the peaceful rural village of Old South Hykeham. With a wood burner in the open plan lower floor and a mezzanine level overlooking the lounge. There is a well equipped kitchen. The old apple loft serves as the master bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, ensuite toilet and basin, as well as a roll top bath. Inside you will find a good size, well equipped kitchen, hall way leading to a lounge/diner. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite and a family bathroom.
