La struttura e l'arredo, per quanto possibile, sono rimasti quelli di un tempo. Adesso l'aspetto interno è vintage con oggetti recuperati. La casa è fresca ma un buon sistema di climatizzazione non guasta! Il cortile è il luogo dove si passa il tempo estivo mentre in inverno ci ritroviamo davanti al camino . Tutt'intorno ci sono piante grasse e le bouganville che nascondono la doccia esterna e il fico dell'amico vicino i cui frutti cadono nel nostro spazio e che vi invitiamo ad assaggiare.

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

La Torre ist einer von zwei antiken Wachtürmen im wunderschönen Ort Marciana Marina. Der Turm wurde schon auf Karten des 16. Jahrhunderts als Torre di Poggio vermerkt und im 18. Jahrhundert als Zollstelle fuer die Handelsware von See umfunktioniert. Im Jahr 2023 wurde der Turm von einer Interior -Designerin umgebaut. Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
