Perfectly positioned next to the sea, it is a few steps from the beach and just around the corner from all village amenities including award-winning restaurants, shops. delicatessens and two pubs. Newlyn, Penzance, St Michael’s Mount, St Ives are a 15-25 min drive for activities and restaurants.

Tremellion is a cosy C19th terraced miners granite cottage located on the edge of Cot Valley within an AONB. It offers an open plan living space with roaring woodburner together with dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen. The rooms are light and airy with contemporary furniture and local art work. Up the slightly steep painted staircase there’s a double bedroom (with bathroom leading off) and a twin bedroom. Please note: access to the bathroom is through the double bedroom.

An Enjoy England 4-star Gold Award, Grade II listed quaint Cornish cottage. Built from local granite, with beautiful views of the sea and the local mining heritage. Original features can still be found in the cottage such as a large inglenook fireplace in the sitting room. There are two cosy bedrooms, sleeping a total of 3 guests. The front bedroom has a King-size bed complete with a luxury Hypnos mattress. The smaller back bedroom has a single divan bed with a pocket sprung mattress.

It’s fantastic for surfing, sea swimming in the cove, coastal hiking and golf. There's a golf course close by to us that has an indoor swimming pool and restaurant.
