Villa Marija

Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.

Auf diversen Terrassen findet ihr Sofas und Sessel zum verweilen - gerne könnt ihr Stuhl und Tisch in den Olivenhain oder ans Meer mitnehmen um euren eigenen Lieblingsplatz zu finden. Nane is an ideal place for You to recharge your batteries and enjoy a peaceful vacation with Your family or friends. The seaside cottage is constantly being renovated and is now available for up to 4 people with one large bedroom that includes two beds. There is a kitchen equipped with cooking station, fridge, all sorts of cookware, pans, kitchen tools and running hot water. The bathroom has been renovated and it has hot water whole year. Distance from the sea is only 20m.

Apartment is located in the first row next to the sea. Shop and restaurants are within a 3 min walk. Neighbouring village Čara is the area where famous Croatian wine Pošip is produced. Zavalatica is in the middle od the island, Korčula is 25 km away and Vela Luka 20 km. The sea is crystal clear, ideal for swimming, snorkeling and fishing.
