Le logement se situe au 10è et dernier étage, comprend une terrasse de 30m2 et une vue imprenable sur Paris. L'immeuble dispose d'un ascenseur jusqu'au 9è étage puis il faut monter un étage à pieds. L'appartement comprend une grande pièce de vie (salon, salle à manger et cuisine), une salle de bain avec douche et toilettes et un tout petit espace chambre disposant d'un lit 140x200.

Idéalement situé proche des transports 4 min et toutes les commodités (Boulangerie, boucherie, pharmacie à 3 min de l'appartement). Le quartier est très agréable et calme juste à coté du 5ème et la rue Mouffetard et à 10 min pied de Denfert Rochereau
