My house is a 3 bed (but 1 room locked for storage) it has 2 king-size bedrooms & boasts epic sea views of St. Michaels Mount, Newlyn harbour & the nearby countryside. It has parking for one car, a must in Newlyn! No through traffic, a large decking & a peaceful enclosed garden to relax in. A great location to explore the great outdoors, with Penzance, St.Michaels Mount, St.Ives, Mousehole, The Minack Theatre and Land's End, all within 8 miles! Plus it's <180 yards to Newlyn School of Art.

The Long Barn at Chyenhal is a lovely detached, one bedroom dwelling which has been beautifully restored by its present owners, Ben & Beccy Marshall. A detached barn , with its own small private gardens, it is situated just a few miles above the village of Mousehole. The small rural hamlet of Chyenhal offers peace and tranquility for those who are looking for a relaxing holiday or short break, yet is still a short drive away from all of the beautiful beaches, coves , restaurants and locations.

Peaceful Country Treehouse Nr Penzance & St Ives

The Treehouse is an architecturally designed space for 2 with a private covered balcony running down one side with views over stunning gardens & countryside. Originally a famous printmakers studio, it is now a large, comfortably furnished light filled sanctuary. There are floor to ceiling windows, (with blinds) a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs is a romantic ensuite bedroom. The Treehouse is ideal for a relaxing break in a secluded location, 10 mins walk to Penzance.

A stylish and cosy, well equipped 2 bedroom cottage sleeping 4 located in a quaint historic area in the heart of the fishing village of Newlyn which is nestled on the coastline between Penzance and Mousehole, both of which are within easy walking distance. All the amenities of the village are only a minute walk away with fresh fish shops, a bakery, a greengrocers, deli, Co-op, cafes, independent filmhouse, restaurants, take aways, galleries and even a homemade ice cream shop all to be found.

Clarice's Cabin in Heart of Rural Cornish Village

Clarice's Cabin is a comfortable small home, looking out across our garden. It has its own securely separated outside seating area. In the cabin's open plan space there is a comfy double bed with 100% cotton bedding a 2 seater settee, table and chairs, kitchen area with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Accessed from the main room is a shower room with shower cubicle, wash basin and flush toilet. There is a fan for hot days and an oil filled electric heaters for those cooler evenings.

A lovely Modern, Light & cosy self contained Annex with a king bed, large en suite & breakfast supplies Adjoining our coastal family home yet private with its own entrance. Free parking space directly outside on private driveway. Newlyn/Penzance beach, harbour & coast path a 3-4 minute walk down hill with Art galleries, shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs & an independent cinema. Penzance Town with a Marina, Island Ferry & Train/bus station is an beautiful 25 min walk along Penzance seafront

This completely renovated former fisherman’s cottage has been stunningly furnished with a mix of modern and vintage finds and a few antique treasures. Best described by previous guests; Fall straight into Cornish time with lazy mornings, long days and joyful returns. mOlly mUppeT is hidden amongst the houses behind the owners cottage and she soon becomes a real home and a stunning place from which to explore. So very cute in every way, the attention to detail is second to none. The bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud, whilst the garden was a little piece of heaven. A memorable base for a memorable holiday!
