Old English Cottage in Chipping Warden

This beautiful two storey stone-built cottage is set in the North Cotswolds in a quaint little village called Chipping Warden. This is ideal walker’s country and we welcome dogs (not upstairs or on sofas please), and there are plenty of pubs within easy walking distance including a local village pub within 5 minutes walk.

Situated in a quiet location in the village of Stonesfield, Little Chestnut Cottage is a charming self-contained base from which to explore the Cotswolds and local attractions in the Oxford area such as Blenheim Palace. The cottage is just over an hour away from London yet surrounded by beautiful countryside and there are plenty of walks straight from the door across the picturesque Evenlode valley. Shakespeare’s Stratford is less than an hour away if you want to go a little further afield.

Wander around the Cotswold stone cottages in the village, let your troubles melt away in the clawfoot bath, sink into the memory foam mattress with Egyptian cotton sheets or play a board game in front of the log fire. This is a pet friendly, two king bedroom cottage which comfortably sleeps 4.
