Two floors in a cozy cabin-style house. On the first floor there is the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The ground floor it's composed by two bedrooms and a bathroom. The flat is few minutes walk from the city centre and 10/15 minutes walk from train and ferry station. There is also a pedestrian path along the lake very near. There is a covered payment parking 30 meters away. The ideal place for those who like to get around walking but also having the comfort of car and public transport.

Das Haus mit ca. 90m², liegt im Ortsteil Crone und durch die zentrale, aber ruhige Lage ist alles fussläufig zu erreichen: örtlicher Supermarkt, Spielplatz, See mit Strand, Pizzeria und Eisdiele. Wanderungen können direkt vom Haus aus gestartet werden und eine kleine Surfschule ist in ein paar Minuten erreicht. Idro bietet sich auch als guter Ausgangspunkt in die Umgebung an: Gardasee, Brescia, Verona oder Mailand sind gut zu erreichen.
