The cottage is on one level (single step in places) and has a fully enclosed south facing garden. The cottage is decorated to a high standard and has a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, one with en suite wet room. The cottage makes an excellent base with south coast beaches 10 mins drive away and St Ives 20 mins drive.

A former Library set in an AONB with easy access to open countryside and many beautiful beaches. Perfect for walking, cycling, beaches, surfing, art and history lovers. A wealth of places around the peninsula to explore. The Library is a fully equipped, 2 bedroomed tranquil space with views over the garden and open fields with a small, private courtyard with table and chairs.

Our Lodge is very private and peaceful, nestled next to woods and orchard with wonderful views over Mounts Bay but only 5 minutes from Penzance by car with its many restaurants and night life and is perfectly placed to explore the spectacular beaches and coastal paths of Lands End and St Ives. With private parking for 3 cars, it is perfect for families, couples and groups of friends. We are always on hand to give you any help or information you may need. Your own transport is recommended.

The Old Studio

This former artist's studio, music room and occasional accommodation has been recently updated to provide a unique and quirky holiday retreat with large studio room with double bed and sitting room, kitchen, bathroom with shower. The wooden building with veranda stands alone in a tree lined paddock with plenty of outside space and fire pit. Peaceful hideaway nestled in its private 5 acre mature south facing garden, woodlands and stream, complete with wood-fired hot tub, gym and gamesroom. Family-run barn conversion, The Water Hole, is situated on The Tinner's Way trail and lies just over a mile south of Zennor. It's in an ideal location to enjoy West Cornwall's rugged coastline and beaches, with easy access to Penzance (10 min) and St Ives (15 min). The Gurnard's Head and the Tinners Arms pubs are only a 5 min drive.

Heather Barn, Zennor

Heather Barn is one of two granite barns which we renovated in 2021. The barns used to be part of our working dairy farm but have now been lovingly converted to provide luxury, high quality holiday accommodation for up to five (plus a cot) on our farm. Heather Barn is two storey with an enclosed private patio. There is private parking for one car. Electric Car charging facilities are available. EV charging is charged at £10 per day. We accept well behaved dogs.

Our pretty barn conversion is located just outside the rural & picturesque village of Zennor in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It stands behind our farmhouse overlooking the fields, with views down to the sea. It has a large open plan kitchen/living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom & bathroom. It is newly converted to a very high standard. Many beautiful walks & sandy beaches all around us.
