Within the five-hundred-acre estate you are surrounded by nature at its best. There are two lakes and the Otter-Burn in the grounds. Also an array of footpaths with stunning scenery and an abundance of wildlife close by.

There is a small playground, a barbecue area and a mini-laundrette. It is 15 minutes’ walk to the centre of Longframlington with its two pubs, the famous Running Fox teashop, a village store and butcher’s shop.
