Our brand new Deluxe Apartment(built in 2020.) offers 3 bedrooms,kitchen,living room with an extra sofa,1 + 0,50 bathroom,big terrace and the delight spot is our roof terrace with brand new hot tub/jacuzzi which provides stunning view on the whole city of Trogir and a seaview. Each bedroom is equipped with AC and has itʼs own balcony access, kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher. We also offer a big parking space just in front of the house. Relax in a pleasant holiday house "Olive garden" only 50m from the sea! This is an alone standing house in 400 m2 lot and you would be there alone, no other tourists and no owners. It is located on the cape of a small, peaceful bay, Donja Krušica, surrounded by olive trees and sea. This small cozy house is with accompanying facilities such as a terrace, garden, parking area, secured play area for children and pets, barbecue, and all that with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and Split.

Beachfront house is located in the first row to the sea, only 20 meters from the beach. The ground floor features a spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the first floor with three bedrooms (two double bedrooms and one single bedroom) and an additional bathroom. In front of the house, guests can enjoy a beautiful terrace with a panoramic sea view, outdoor barbecue, and seating area – perfect for relaxing evenings by the sea.

Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

Peaceful enviroment with only few houses in the neighbourhood offers a perfect vacation for couples with, or without children. - We use solar panels in house. - Beside the house there are two private parking spots. - The closest grocery shop is in neighboring village, 10 minute drive away.
