Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. This beautiful, modern and newly refurbished One-bedroom apartment with a sea view is located in a private family house just steps away from the sandy beach. The apartment is situated on the top (second) floor and consists of a double bedroom which has a balcony with a sea view, a spacious bathroom with shower and living area with a sofa bed (for 1 adult or 2 children). There is also a fully equipped kitchen with an exit to another balcony with a sea view. There are two A/C units, a TV and WiFi.
