Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Svaka prostorija je klimatizirana. Televizori su postavljeni u dnevni boravak i u obje spavaće sobe, te se nudi Netflix usluga. Apartman je udaljen samo 150 metara od prekrasne šljunčane plaže. U okruženju zgrade nalaze se trgovine i kafići.

Located in Dugi Rat, a few steps from Orij West Beach and 150 m from Mali Rat Beach, Sea La Vie offers an accommodation for 6 persons with two bedrooms, living room and kitchen, one bathroom with shower and a balcony with sea view. The holiday home comprises kitchen and living part with a bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms with one more bathroom in the attic where the lowest ceiling height is ca. 120 cm.

It is sorrunded by beautliful Adriatic landscape.The mountains provide a lot off walks and bike trackways.The beaches and the see are 5 minutes of driving away.Also the main characteristics of the house are the breathtaking view,peace and isolation.The space has a rustical and simple feel to it so you feel like home.
