This suite consists of three interconnecting bedrooms, kitchenette and bathroom situated in a scenic countryside setting. I want to welcome people and their dogs to our home in the village of Rowlands Gill just 8 miles from the centre of Newcastle. I have 2 bright, spacious bedrooms with 2 shower rooms. A complimentary continental breakfast is available in the second bedroom. This room has huge windows looking onto our wood. There are no curtains but it isn’t overlooked. However it can be bright early on summer mornings. The beds are partly separated from the seating by a screen. Many birds and mammals can be seen

Modern 3 storey home. Guests have sole use of the rooms on the top floor-comprising lounge with two two-seater reclining sofas, TV, Music/DVD players. Bathroom (bath +shower) and w/c, bedroom with a double and a single bed, wardrobe and set of drawers. Guests may use WC, all kitchen facilities and the dining room on the ground floor. Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland are each only about 6 miles away. My house is in a quiet cul de sac and the rear garden backs onto the Coast-coast cycle track.

Little honey coloured cottages line the village greens .Broadway is just over a mile away easily accessible by car or on foot. Close to the Cotswold Way and Monarch Way perfect for walkers . Stratford 14 miles , Cheltenham 17miles and easy access to the popular villages

Ninth floor apartment with huge 30 X 30 foot lounge in city centre home . You have exclusive access to the flat but lounge area is owner's "lived in" space so expect books etc. Microwave, but no use of cooker due to previous incidents (insurance demand.) Double bedroom with access to your own bathroom. Separate sofabed in upstairs lounge if needed. Parking space available in underground car park but YOU NEED TO REQUEST THIS IN ADVANCE. Vehicles left at owners' risk.

Arnold Farmhouse (Italianate - private bath)

Room with an attached bathroom and private entrance. Enjoy the porch, garden, honey bees, the old farm & fields, situated on the Valatie Kill in a quaint hamlet. The AH Bike Trail is just around the corner. If you come by bike, we can safely store the bike in the garage opposite the barn. Larkin Hill, Kinderhook Creek & Hunt Club are close. Schodack Island state park is 15 min. Van Buren house is 15 also. It is a wonderful spot to get some real fresh air.
