Close to the River Otter, with beautiful walks along the river and through ancient woodland, plus the East Devon Footpath passing along the lane outside. There are local pubs to walk to and just a 10 minute drive from the seaside town of Sidmouth.

Higher Allercombe Guest House is an extension of our house, meaning we live under the same roof, but you have sole occupancy of the guest house, separated by a locked internal door, separate private entrance and outdoor eating area. It has king size and double ensuite bedrooms and a superking or twin ensuite room. There are internet TVs in each bedroom and the lounge with Amazon Prime, Disney + and good Wifi.
