My husband and I live in the house with our two young children. Our home backs onto the Watercress Steam Railway Line - train enthusiasts will love hearing the train pass and seeing the steam... Four Marks & Medstead Watercress station is just a 10mins walk from our home where you can see steam trains passing. Jane Austen’s home in Chawton is 5mins drive away. We are located on the edge of the South Downs 30/40mins from larger towns (Farnham, Basingstoke, Southampton and Winchester).

A fabulous space in an oak-framed garden studio independent to our home with double bed, large shower room and tea and coffee making facilities, microwave and mini fridge. Within walking distance of the Watercress Line and less than 10 minutes drive to Jane Austen's House. We are also well placed for walks from the doorstep and the ancient and beautiful city of Winchester is just a 20 minute drive away.

The Cottage offers high quality accommodation & is set within a small holding surrounded by fields. It has cosy underfloor heating, a large shower with fluffy towels & a King-size bed fitted with luxurious bed linen for a restful nights sleep. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need including a breakfast bar. The wood burner adds atmosphere and warmth. Extra space with seating is provided on the patio. Dogs are most welcome. There's a comfortable bed for them as well.
