You’ll love staying in this quiet, peaceful cabin in the woods because of its coziness, high ceilings, natural light, and location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Located behind an 1844 Historic Plantation home listed on the National Register, our guest cottage is behind the main house. With it's own private entrance and porches overlooking horse pastures and barns. There are 150 acres with creeks and trails to ramble about and access to the Flint River located within walking distance (15 min walk). With Huntsville's sprawling growth surrounding us we are minutes to restaurants and shopping. Just 12 min to downtown Huntsville.

This home is located in horse country with gorgeous views, hiking and fishing in the nearby stream. This area is a special place where members of the Hillsboro Hounds gather to ride their horses in the English tradition known as Fox Hunting. Take a ride through the neighborhood and view many of the beautiful homes and barns that host these events.
