Local trullari masters have revived this magical place using local techniques and materials. The result is a private property where you can spend a real experience. From the zero-km fruit and vegetables of our organic garden to the jogging path in the countryside where there are 1950 native plants and 45 olive trees. From the intimate SPA usable in both summer and winter to the majestic gazebo allocated on the farmyard where once the wheat was beaten. Alberobello is only 1.5 km away.

Casa, giardino e attrezzature ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti con accesso privato alla spiaggia. Piscina 8x4 e Jacuzzi all'aperto disponibili dal 15 maggio al 15 ottobre, TV Sat,SKY, tutto per i bambini, bocce, ombrellone con 2 lettini in spiaggia in prima fila 15/06-15/09. Aria condizionata (no in veranda), riscaldamento a pavimento in tutta la casa, veranda inclusa.

Palazzo Framarino dei Malatesta | Noble Floor

In the historic heart of Giovinazzo, in front of the Cathedral and a few steps from the sea, stands the majestic Palazzo Framarino dei Malatesta. Built between the 14th and 19th centuries, it is one of the city’s most admired buildings. Guests stay exclusively on the Noble Floor, richly decorated with frescoes and period furniture. A member of the family lives discreetly in a separate area of the Palazzo.

Loft in pietra con balcone sul mare

Built between the 1300 and 1400s, a stone loft overlooking the Adriatic Sea. This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter. Today our family is committed to reviving this building and its history, providing guests with a unique and comfortable stay in the heart of Puglia.
