U sklopu objekta je parking i sjenica sa roštiljem gdje se možete lijepo zabaviti. U sklopu sjenice je i prostorija sa perilicom rublja koja je na raspolaganju. Dućan i restoran udaljeni su 20m od objekta. Slapovi rijeke Zrmanje udaljeni su 20 km, Starigrad-Paklenica 50 km, Zadar 35 km

Upperfloor with beautiful view!

Upper floor with 2 bedrooms 1 queen size bed and 2 singular beds,bedsofa for 2, bathroom and a small kitchen with a living room. Beautiful view in the balcony and only 3-4 minutes walking distance to a nice beach. Very friendly and quiet neighbourhood. Allround it’s a nice and tidy place to relax and everything close to a walking distance. Perfect for a family that’s just want to relax and don’t have to do anything. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. There is a staircase to the upper floor.

House Jurjevic - whole house with yard&parking

House is situated in a quiet place called Crna Punta, ideal for family holidays, to escape from traffic jams and noise. The beach is fifteen meters from the house, on one side sandy and concrete, and on the other side wild, natural. Most of the grounds are surrounded by pine trees offering guests privacy.
