The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

We are only two miles from Mount Edgcumbe and a mile from the twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. We are three minutes walk from the coast path. Ebb Tide is a charming fisherman's cottage nestled in the heart of the ancient fishing village of Gorran Haven. With a log burner it retains many original features along with modern improvements, such as super fast broadband. Recently refurbished throughout, it has a new kitchen, new shower-room, and carpets. Grade II listed, Ebb Tide oozes character and rustic charm. Small dogs may be accepted by prior discussion. Quite literally, a stone’s throw from the sea.
