It is located on a quiet street - five minutes' walk from the cafés, galleries, independent and vintage shops of Frome in one direction, and wonderful walks into the surrounding villages and Somerset countryside in the other.

We're right in the heart of Mells, within steps of the award-winning Shop, Post Office & Cafe. The Talbot Inn, Church & Walled Garden are just a few mins walk away, the Mells Stream is on our doorstep and Bath is a mere 25 minute drive. Handmade from oak & chestnut, with a kingsize bed, spacious shower & well equiped kitchen, the Walnut Wagon is bristling with comfort & character.

The Forager; offgrid hut at Vallis Farm. Wild Pool

This gorgeous Shepherd's Hut is nestled into our Market Garden here at Vallis Farm. With no wifi or electricity, it is the perfect location to relax & reconnect. The Forager is one of two similar huts, which both have a double bed and small wood burner. Outside you have a private seating area with a fire pit and it's only a short walk to the communal facilities comprising of our field kitchen, compost loo and gas shower. The natural swimming pool is open all year round (16+ only).

Amberley House Annexe near the river Mells

The Amberley House Annex is a private space adjoining this historic main house, just above the river Mells in the beautiful little village of Great Elm, just 10 minutes outside of Frome. You have your own front door, a cosy sitting room and upstairs a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Just a minute walk down the hill takes you to the beautiful river where you can walk either in the direction of the villages of Mells, Chantry and Whatley or the other way towards Frome itself.

Beautiful Period Cottage nr Frome, Garden, Parking

The Bower is a stylishly decorated, spacious, semi-detached cottage with three exceptionally comfortable rooms. Find two doubles and one super-king. The cottage has an outside table & chairs on a small private patio area, leading out from the French doors, which gives a great view of the wildflower meadow and makes a nice spot for a cup of coffee. Whatley is a lovely village close to Frome with attractive walks by the river to the pub in Nunney.
