Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The Nook’ is a self contained 2 bedroom cottage annex, inspired by its medieval inglenook fireplace. It is situated at the end of a long drive in a peaceful rural location. Hiking trails abound with Harlech beach, town and castle a walk away. The area has plenty to offer; steam railways, Portmeirion, sandy beaches, ZipWorld and Mt Snowdon are just a car ride away. Alternatively enjoy the Nook’s garden with BBQ/fire-pit and perhaps a game on its unique pétanque pitch or retro games machine.

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

Set amongst the Snowdonia National Park countryside, the annex offers a cosy, quiet retreat next to a garden stream and waterfall. Used as part of the original sawmill as a store room for the timber, this converted outbuilding has kept its historic character alongside modern features. The building is detached, self-contained & set away from the owner's house with a shared driveway and access up to Llyn Mair (only 15 mins away) from a garden entrance.

Walking distance to Snowdonia's popular seaside town Barmouth, very close to the beach and on the doorstep to some of the best walks in the area. A very warm welcome awaits you in our charming annexe where we hope you'll relax & unwind during your stay. It's just a 2 minute stroll to the railway station, less than 10 mins walk to the local supermarket and post office and our beautiful sandy beach is a 15 mins, level walk along the lane. We are within Eryri National Park with amazing scenery, abundant walks and leisure activities. Sorry but strictly no pets.
