Our rustic Glamping Treehouse stands 5m above the ground, which is accessible via an exciting seven-meter long suspension bridge. Boasting a warm themed interior, the Treehouse offers breathtaking views over the Chess Valley, which can be seen from the balcony and through the large panoramic window. Features include a spacious king-size double bed, en-suite toilet and basin facility. The outdoor balcony is home to a shower and hot tub, the perfect spot to relax amongst the surrounding treetops!

The Gardener's Cottage is a delightful, family friendly retreat with private garden. Set in the grounds of a Queen Anne Rectory, it has 17th Century charm with the convenience & comfort of modern fittings. We are on the Ridgeway, in a picturesque rural setting. After a walk in the Chilterns and a fireside drink at a country pub, relax on the large comfortable sofa and watch the wildlife in the meadow from the warmth of this cosy retreat. If you’re feeling energetic, play tennis or pickleball on our court or cycle the Phoenix Trail - (Bikes/E-bikes by arrangement.) A perfect hideaway for a romantic break, recreational weekend, peaceful remote working or just recharging your batteries.

The Oak Barn, your own space in a Thameside hamlet

A beautiful private space all to yourself, the Oak Barn has great character & enjoys lovely views over fields to the Chilterns beyond. You have your own entrance & key so can come & go as you please. The hamlet of Preston Crowmarsh lies on the river Thames & is a great place to wild swim & watch red kites. A 5 minute walk takes you to the Thames towpath & an 8 minute walk to the bus stop for Oxford and Reading. We leave you to enjoy your privacy but are next door in the main house if needed.

The Brickmaker’s Loft

A newly fitted one bedroom apartment, with living area, full kitchen, large bedroom with king size bed, a full size single bed in the eaves, and an extra single bed if needed. We’ve kitted the Brickmaker’s Loft out with everything you would need. The kitchen has an oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the normal cooking bits, crockery etc. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, loo, and sink, and a washing machine if you need it. The bedroom is a lovely relaxing space.

We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in April 2026!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds.
