Our peaceful retreat sleeps up to four guests, making it the perfect base for couples, families, or friends looking to explore the National Park. We’re only 100 yards down the road from The Red Lion, serving homemade food and proper Cumbrian ales. You're just a 5-minute drive or a 45-minute walk from lake Coniston and a 20 minute drive to Coniston.

The Dove Wing is an elegantly renovated cottage nestled within countryside in the Lake District National Park. Perfect for a luxury relaxing / romantic getaway. The top of the track to the property has a panoramic view of Lake District mountains and the sea. Public rights of way walks on the doorstep to Great Burney Fell for a breathtaking view of Coniston Water and mountain ranges The cottage has been interior designed to create a calm comfortable rural retreat finished to a high standard.

Our cosy studio flat is a perfect base for your adventure in the lake district. Located at the southern end of Windermere lake, it has great access to the rest of the Lake District for exploring and only 10 min to Cartmel racecourse. We are close to many great attractions. Ulverston the festival town is just 25 minutes' drive away. There is also a petrol station/shop 20min walk/2min drive. Grange over Sands is a lovely town to visit and have a wander along the promonade over looking the bay.
