We are located exactly halfway between the two UNESCO-protected cities of Split and Trogir, the whole area is rich in content and as a central position in Dalmatia, we are an ideal starting point for exploring the rich region that offers content for all age groups.

So house is not on the sea, there is no sea view, only view is on neighbourhood or to the hill nort of our place. Yes, you have neighbours there( only from south, SW side). Supermarket is 5 minutes far by foot, beach is 9 minutes far by foot. There is promenade along the coast true the all place( there is a lot of restaurant, caffe bars..)
