Centrally-located between Sallisaw, OK and Fort Smith/Van Buren, Arkansas (all are just a few minutes away). Very comfortable living space with leather furniture, fully furnished kitchen with stainless appliances, and large office/study area. The master bedroom has a king size platform bed. Large restroom is attached through the sliding doors. Sturdy wood bunk bed in front bedroom. Just bring your bags!

Welcome to our little piece of paradise. Our carriage house is upstairs and has amazing views. One bedroom with a King bed is located on the main floor with a deck off the bedroom. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi tub/shower combo. Flat screen TV with Xbox 1. The other two bedrooms are located in the open lofts. They have to be accessed by the ladder/stairs in the pictures. You will have access to our private pond and as much fishing as you would like. We also have kayaks you are welcome to use.

Enjoy a family getaway or a a peaceful stay with your significant other at this cabin, inside you will find a king bed and a sleeper sofa downstairs and 3 twin beds upstairs, a kitchen with cookwares and dining ware, a full size stove and oven, a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a washer & dryer. NO WIFI, satellite or local TV. Outside there is a back deck with a 5 seat hot tub, a front deck with a table and 2 chairs. About 20 feet from the back deck there is a fire pit.
