Robinson Place Cottage is a beautiful self contained, semi-detached cottage set in the heart of the spectacular Great Langdale valley, in the Lake District. Set within its own private garden on our working fell farm, Robinson Place Cottage supplies breathtaking views of the Langdale Pikes, Bow fell, Lingmoor and more, right from the doorstep. A private driveway set back from the road offers a tranquil and picturesque location for any type of stay; inspirational work retreat or family holiday.

Magical, grade II listed 18th century traditional Lakeland cottage, set within 5 acres of woodlands, leading directly to private beaches on Lake Windermere. Relax in a peaceful, natural environment, ideal for friends, families, wild swimmers, cyclists, paddle boarders, hikers and for cosy evenings by the fireplace. Separately charged are a luxurious hot tub, perfect after a hard days hike and a wood fired barrel sauna with cold shower. A tuck shop, art classes and treatments are also available.

We are a family that love living here and have a self contained flat beneath our house, with separate access, FREE PRIVATE driveway parking, private garden, patio, BBQ all for you to enjoy. If you want to walk, swim, sightsee, chill, cycle, eat out or shop we have have everything in strolling distance. You will have full cooking facilities, dishwasher and a washer dryer. The en-suite bedroom has super comfy king size bed. We feel very lucky to live here and would love you to enjoy it too

Traditional Log Cabin in the Lakes

Traditionally built Log Cabin in a woodland setting, with exceptional views of the Western Fells. Relaxing and Cosy Atmosphere with a wood burning stove. The Cabin comprises of a Kitchen, mezzanine Bedroom, living area and adjoining bathroom. ( I list this cabin for 2 people but would consider allowing up to 4 guests if you contact me especially if you wanted to bring children for instance) Please note this property may not be suitable for guests with specific disabilities if a fire occurred.

'Scandi Sky' Hut a stroll from Windermere Lake.

The 'Sky Hut' is an immersive space to cosy up & relax in during your Lakes adventures. A glass roof with electric blinds enable star gazing on clear nights. The space is inspired by Scandinavian styling with plants, beautiful lighting, a king-size comfy bed and an en-suite with an excellent shower. Snuggle up in front of the ambient colour changing fire, catch a Netflix movie, stroll into the village, down to the Lake or chill on your outside decking area. Free parking & nearby trains.

LODGE ON THE LAKE

Lodge on the Lake is a luxurious property located in a very special position right on Lake Windermere within the Lake District National Park. Enjoy uninterrupted views across the Lake towards the mountains from the privacy of the Lodge. The Lodge has a private setting within the 5 star Fallbarrow Park which offers that special break. Take a five minute walk into Bowness town to enjoy the many restaurants, bars and shops or a Lake steamboat excursion. Please note, pets are strictly prohibited.

Lodge on Lake Windermere

Situated right on Lake Windermere, our lodge is a wonderful place to unwind and relax while watching the magnificent views of the hills and fells across the lake. Water lovers are in a perfect place, to access the lake at the bottom of the stairs leading from the decking. Nature lovers can enjoy watching the many birds and wildlife pass by. Located on White Cross Bay, the lodge is in a fantastic place to explore the Lake District and it's only £3.00 by bus to anywhere in The Lakes.

West View Beach House - Cumbrian Coast

West view is a luxury property located directly on Nethertown beach. It is in a tranquil area with amazing sea views. It has a dog friendly beach, is great for fishing, has lots of wildlife and has the most stunning sunsets. In winter, enjoy cosy evenings with the fire lit. An ideal base for exploring the Western Lake District and Cumbrian Coast. It is surrounded by scenic walks and activities. It is close to St Bees coast to coast walk too. Please note- We no longer have a hot tub.

Wasdale View Luxury Barn Conversion, Hot Tub, view

There is so much to see and do during your stay at our luxurious barn conversation. Holmrook is the gateway to Eskdale Valley and Wasdale Valley. Be sure to visit Britain's favourite view at England's deepest lake, Wastwater. A must do for any fell walker would include Scafell Pike, England's tallest mountain. Kirk Fell, Great Gable, Lingmell, Harter Fell are just some of the local Western Fells. Muncaster Castle, The Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway and sandy beaches are all nearby.

Croft House Barn - What a view!

In beautiful Blindcrake Village, with stunning views of Skiddaw, the Barn is the perfect place to stay with family & friends, cycle the lakes… bag some Wainwrights… Bedrooms: 2 doubles, 2 family, 2 mezzanines (in total, sleeps 13). Large open plan communal areas. Drying room. Cockermouth 4miles (shops/pubs/restaurants/cafes) Keswick 13miles Bassenthwaite Lake 5miles Garden, space for bikes/kayaks, bbq, dartboard (bring your own darts!) Dog friendly (not in the bedrooms please).

Cosy cottage with parking

Relax at this peaceful place to stay in the Western Lake District. There are plenty of lovely walks from the doorstep. The King George pub is only a minute walk away, serving lovely home cooked food and real ale. The Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway, known locally as “La’al Ratty” is only a ten minute walk from the cottage. Eskdale Stores is open daily. The cottage itself has been recently renovated and has a secure garden with lovely views, ideal dogs.

Gornal Ground House is a five bedroom Victorian Cumbrian farmhouse, sleeping ten and situated at the entrance to the beautiful, unspoiled Duddon Valley; an ideal place from which to explore the Western and Central Fells of the Lake District. Newly renovated, the house is set in large enclosed private gardens and provides an idyllic, child and dog friendly rural retreat for families or groups of friends.
