Modern holiday apartment for 2-4 people in Klenovica with fantastic sea views and shared swimming pool. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and offers a large air-conditioned living/dining room with a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. From the living area and one bedroom you have access to the furnished balcony with a fantastic sea view. On the ground floor, guests can freely use the swimming pool and sun loungers. Parking is available on the property in the garage.

On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
