The Guest Apartment has dedicated parking, a private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, large living area, large screen TV & WiFi, work areas, and an outdoor sitting area...all you need for the perfect beach vacation. Located a block from Thomas Donuts and The Carousel (which has anything you need for either a short visit or lengthy stay). Located less than 3 miles from Pier Park.

Gorgeous well stocked duplex just steps from the beach! This unit is great for the family trip to the turquoise waters and white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. When you aren't at the beach, take a swim in the pool in the back yard. This home is a 7 minute drive to Pier Park and 8 minute drive to Rosemary Beach / 30A. 2 Bed / 1.5 Bath. This unit shares the pool area with it's identical twin (unit B). Each unit has their own private back deck with grill and outdoor dining table.

Nestled in Laguna Beach 300 steps to 2 beautiful beach accesses & a ten minute drive to trendy 30A, this little old beach cottage is so cosy & peaceful. A screened front porch for your morning coffee or afternoon nap & a back porch for dining under the lights. An outdoor shower with hot & cold water. This little place is old and quirky but the AC is new and the charm & location can't be beat! I travel for work and with notice may be in the guest house which is not rented out to others.
