Adjacent bunkhouse 20 feet from the house will accommodate 6 more guests. The bunkhouse is a simple space but does have AC/heat. Decorated tastefully, with all amenities of home. Located 1.25 miles off I-40 Exit 78, the Barn is ten minutes from downtown Russellville and one mile from Arkansas Nuclear One and Lake Dardanelle access. The Guest Barn is a newly renovated two-story barn that can accommodate up to five guests (one king-size bed and three twin beds) and features a large gravel parking lot.

The Cass House is a 3BR/2BA house with full kitchen, dining & living areas. The house sits on 10 acres of land & is surrounded by the Ozark National Forest. You can access the Mulberry River from the property, a short 100-yard walk from the house. We are centrally located to a variety of outdoor attractions & entertainment. It is located on Hwy 215 and is about 4 mi to Byrd’s Adventure Center, 3 mi to Turner Bend, 3 mi to Mulberry Mountain, and 2 mi to Redding Recreation Area.
