Situé en plein cœur de la Buttes Aux Cailles, un petit village Rive Gauche, dans une petite résidence 1930 sur passage privé : 27 m2 refait à neuf, tout confort, calme et lumière. Quartier typique, branché, vivant, à 20 minutes de tous les centres d'intérêts parisiens.

Cette suite de 45m2 totalement privative est composée d’une chambre avec terrasse réservée à nos voyageurs, d’une salle de douche très tendance et d’une belle pièce à vivre avec vue sur le jardin. Le lit est un lit 140×190 pour 2 personnes Un lit d’appoint (à l’étage ) est à demander et facturé 25€. Un panier « petit déjeuner » avec pain frais et confitures vous sera déposé chaque matin. Le village offre toutes les commodités et invite au tourisme régional. !! Pas de kitchenette !!

The Painter's House - BED & BREAKFAST

All the second floor is for the gests (55m²) : you can live in a place almost independant ... including 1 room with one double bed (or 2 individual beds) and private bathroom, and 1 artist studio transormed into livingroom with one bed for another guest (+ 50€).The bathroom is shared. Breakfast is served downstairs, in the morning at the requested time and is included in the price of the room. The hosts Erik and Dominique live on the second floor. There is also cas that live with them

L'autre "CHAMBRE PRIVEE ACCES TERRASSE AVEC VUE TOUR EIFFEL", plus grande, au 10ème étage avec également vue sur la tour Eiffel et accès direct à la terrasse est proposée plus loin sur AIRBNB. Agréable chambre à Gournay

Maman vivant avec mes 2 enfants et un petit chien très gentil, je loue une chambre de 9 m2. La chambre est composée d’un lit convertible de 1 à 2 personnes, d’un bureau et d’une étagère. Vous aurez accès à la salle d’eau, à la cuisine, au séjour et au jardin. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. Le thé et le café sont à disposition. Ma maison se situe dans une résidence clôturée , à 5 minutes à pied de l’arrêt de bus en centre-ville.

La chambre dispose d’un cabinet de toilette privatif avec lavabo, douche et WC. Le petit déjeuner est compris. J'habite dans cet appartement et pourrai vous apporter mon aide pour toute question pendant votre séjour.
