This house has you covered with plenty of fun and games for the whole family and easy access to shopping and restaurants. This home is in a quiet neighborhood with nearby access to the Midland Trace Trail and the Monon Trail. The fully fenced in backyard is a great space for the family or enjoy playing the Nintendo switch and a few rounds of foosball. The backyard includes patio, grill, seating and more.

Cozy and Comfortable, great Fall destination!

This house is an old model, but it is a cozy comfortable house and will everything you need for your stay. In Brownsburg it's only minutes from the Indianapolis Raceway Park and the Lucas Oil Raceway. There is plenty of entertainment and food options within driving distance and a couple you can walk to. I have wifi and streaming with a Fire Stick available on the TV. I do not have cable. I have Netflix, Disney, HBO. Feel free to bring your own Streaming Devices to access your own shows.

The home is comprised of 7 shipping containers with an added greenhouse & rooftop deck overlooking the city skyline. The floor to ceiling windows on the first & second floor both face & provide a unique perspective of Fall Creek River. The home has a large back yard. Plenty of comics, action figures & games to keep you entertained throughout your stay.

Very peaceful neighborhood. We have a liquor store, and a buck creep pizza in town it’s only 1/4 of a mile away. About 8 miles to downtown Lafayette where you can find a variety of restaurants, and about 9.4 miles from Purdue University, about 20 minutes drive to Purdue stadium, located in west Lafayette, and if you are traveling and just want to spend the night we are just about A MILE off I-65.
