The apartment is located in an Eiffel-type of building, in the heart of Paris in the Montorgueil district, the place is very close to transportation, the Louvre museum and the Opera.

Peaceful and very well placed apartment by the Louvre. Bright and spacious. 65 m2. Elevator is available starting 1st floor. The apartment is on 3rd floor, courtyard view, very quiet. Please note there is high speed Wifi, but no TV. Bathroom is linked directly to the bedroom as a suite. Ceiling fan in bedroom. WC is seperate by the entrance.
