L'appartamento si trova al primo piano di una villetta indipendente (al piano terra viviamo io e mia madre) ed è formato da cucina-soggiorno, stanza da letto e bagno. E' sito nella frazione di Pianoconte, in campagna in un contesto tranquillo a 5km dal centro storico (necessario dunque un mezzo per spostarsi), con posto auto e moto e possibilità di usufruire di giardino e terrazza al piano terra. Our house is a two-room apartment on two floors: the ground floor consists of a kitchen area (with double sofa bed) and a bathroom; on the first floor a bedroom with double bed (we can add a small single bed), another bathroom and a balcony. On the 2nd floor there is also a large covered terrace, private and equipped with deckchairs, chairs, table, kitchen area for outdoor dining. It can accommodate 2 to 4 people (5 if there are children).
