It’s up on the second level, but separate from the downstairs living. Cozy and Comfortable, great Fall destination!

This house is an old model, but it is a cozy comfortable house and will everything you need for your stay. In Brownsburg it's only minutes from the Indianapolis Raceway Park and the Lucas Oil Raceway. There is plenty of entertainment and food options within driving distance and a couple you can walk to. I have wifi and streaming with a Fire Stick available on the TV. I do not have cable. I have Netflix, Disney, HBO. Feel free to bring your own Streaming Devices to access your own shows.

We also offer a variety of learning opportunities as we share how we process fiber, health care for animals or maybe a simple hay ride. Adorable Bungalow 3 blocks from the 1st TURN

Cozy bungalow that lives bigger than it looks! Affordable luxury all at a terrific price! Fully private duplex has 2 stories and basement. We do allow dogs only, however I would like to know the breed & how many are staying. We do have some special "rules" for our furry friends! The neighborhood is walkable to restaurants, and very safe! Speedway boasts a low crime. The airport is close & downtown is closer! 465 is just 1.5 miles to access 465. Please no cats, or other type of pet.

Mimi's Country Cottage

Quaint, quiet and cozy cottage set in a tranquil park like setting with all the amenities of home. Ten minutes to Shades State Park and twenty minutes to Turkey Run State Park. A great place to stay for the Covered Bridge Festival. 15 minutes to Wabash College, 25 minutes to DePauw University, 45 minutes to Purdue. We live on site and our back door is approximately 600 ft. from from the Airbnb. At this time we do not allow pets. We clean the cottage in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Covered Bridge Cabin (on Big Walnut Creek)

Retreat and renew in this charming one-room cabin right by Big Walnut Creek and Baker's Camp Covered Bridge. Fish, kayak, or swim; hike or birdwatch in a nearby preserve; read, write, find inspiration. With sweet-smelling poplar walls, the cabin offers a full bed by a picture window, small TV, writer's desk/library, AC, fans, baseboard heat, kitchenette, toilet, sink, outdoor shower (before first frost), small porch, grill, and a fire pit. (No wifi in cabin!) Simple and beautiful.

Cozy Brand New Studio Carriage House

Enjoy a stylish experience at my centrally-located Upper Room Carriage House. Just 5 miles north of downtown, and minutes away from Butler University, in the Historic Meridian Kessler Neighborhood. A king size bed and a full kitchen for all your comforts of home while traveling. The open floor plan with skylights will give you the illusion that you are sleeping in a tree house. Come and sleep in my Upper Room for an experience of the country while staying in the city!

Guest house located in the rear grounds of main home. Sidewalk access. 20 minute drive to downtown Indy.Full kitchen & 3/4 bath. This means toilet, sink & 42" shower (no tub).Entire house can sleep 1-3. Price is for 2 guests. Add’l fees for add’l guests & pets (no pit bulls) The upstairs has a king bed & down stairs a twin futon. This area is heavily wooded so the occasional critter can be seen & there will be spiders from time to time (part of wooded living).

Curl up with a cup of tea and a good book, sit on the patio and watch for deer, or take a walk around our fledgling 9-acre permaculture farm.

Enjoy amenities such as a coffee bar, fire pit, and workstation. Let your fur babies run free in my fully fenced-in yard. You’re in close proximity to Lucas Oil, the Convention Center, and Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Murat, and many major hospitals are in a 10 mile radius.
