The apartment offers breath taking sea views of Llanelli beach, Loughor estuary and across to the Gower. Cosy spacious flat is ideal as a base to explore West Wales. The block is undergoing external renovation works from April to December 2026. The views are partially obstructed and the balcony is not in use hence the reduced price. Ideal for 4 guests but can fit up to 5 if 2 adults, 3 children

Good base for and exploring the South Welsh coast. Very close to shops, takeaways, pubs. 5 mins drive to the beach. Near to railway/bus station. Situated near to Machynss Golf club/spa/Parc Trostre. Easy parking outside. Large TV. Free Wi fi. Attractive yard/garden area. Dogs welcome. Pet fee £40 per stay - extra pets £15 each.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The studio flat with fantastic views over Cefn Bryn in a rural location. Upstairs the Lounge/bedroom gets both sun rise and sunset. Well equipped Let with a walk in shower. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen. A short drive will take you to all of the Gowers fabulous beaches and the salt marshes where the ponies roam free. My property is on the Gower Way - great for walkers/cyclist too. There are sometimes free roaming sheep and cows nearby.
