The cottage retains many original features but has lovingly been brought into the 21st century with its warm and inviting decor. Situated on a pedestrianised cobbled street, the cottage is a stones throw away from the the beach, harbour, river and High St and a mere 30 second walk to pubs, cafes and art galleries. The Annexe dates back to the 16th century and is full of charm. You can walk from our Annexe straight up onto the Cleveland way where you can walk or bike for miles. Our Annexe is a popular stop off for people walking the coast to coast. We are also very close to some great pubs and restaurants.

Kindly Light is in the old Wesleyan Chapel in the heart of our beautiful fishing village, close to the Beck where you can watch the boats come and go, and a short walk to the sea. It has been sensitively converted reusing much of the original wood interior, creating lovely light and atmosphere. It is comfortably furnished with everything you need for a perfect stay. Local shops, pubs and cafes are close by. We run Staithes Gallery so you can always find us if you need anything.

Griff Cottage is located in Skinningrove on the North Yorkshire coast, stay local and enjoy the two fantastic beaches or use the cottage as a base to explore the beautiful coastline and the North Yorkshire Moors. Just a few hundred yards from the Cleveland Way and short walk to the local pub serving food. The cottage has been fully refurbished and is maintained to a very high standard and every effort has made to ensure your stay with us is as perfect as possible.

This beautiful apartment is refurbished to a high standard. It is comfortable, romantic and very self-contained. It is on the second floor, 2 floors above Cobbles coffee/ice cream and gift shop. There is a completely separate entrance for the apartment around the side of Cobbles. The views down the cobbled High Street to the front of the property are quaint and pretty. To the back there are stunning views over the Beck. Free WiFi is available too.

A 20 minute drive to Whitby. Beautiful cliff top walks along the Cleveland Way and much more to explore. In the grounds of the property there is a paddock with seating and barbecue area, with a view of the ocean in the distance and surrounding countryside.
