Whole top floor, two ensuite bedrooms & Breakfast.

Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill,only 20 minutes from Highgate tube to Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

Soft, silky Egyptian cotton linen w/ mattress toppers & down pillows allows best night’s sleep. Gated drive w/ free parking (up to 2 cars) and sunny walled garden. As your host and Londoner for many years I will be able to advise you in order for you to take advantage of your stay in London. I will try to accommodate all requests.

Private bedroom, with an ensuite and balcony view in the heart of North West London. Kitchenette and private workspace available with fast wifi provided. Rest & Relax in a spacious room, with good transport links into central London and private parking space. Breakfast is provided, and a room cleaning service is included. An elegant, quintessentially English room in a Victorian house on a quiet residential road in Wandsworth, SW London. Built c1885, the house retains many period features. There is an en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm here and guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. The room faces west, catching the evening sun. A Continental style breakfast can be provided for those who want it (not Sundays/bank holidays) Bed size: 5'6" x 6'6" (167 x 200cm)

Retreat to this oasis of calm in leafy Crouch End after a hectic day in London. Beautiful newly renovated suite on the top floor of a Victorian house. Main bedroom has a queen size bed and patio. Separate sitting room with views of Alexandra Palace and a concealed king bed. Would suit two couples travelling together, two singles or a small family. Private bathroom and kitchen. Easy access to Finsbury Park with its excellent transport links all across London. Very experienced host as well!

Charming Bedroom Suite with Private Sitting Room and Terrace

The bed is a double bed - for a 2 night minimum stay with TV and ensuite bathroom/shower. There is a small separate sitting room with coffee & tea making facility, a small fridge, TV & books and a roof terrace which is for my guests sole use. All beautifully decorated. Many small restaurants and transport links. Enjoy the host's continental breakfast in a light & comfortable kitchen. Bus routes are to Sloane Square and beyond. Fulham Broadway, Hammersmith, Knightsbridge and beyond.

Large double room 30 mins from Piccadilly Circus

Our home is 30 minutes to Piccadilly Circus central London, 20 minutes to Heathrow Airport, 10 minutes from a variety of delicious restaurants and pubs and 10 minutes to the Grand Union Canal. We lay out a self-service organic light continental breakfast with teas and Colombian coffee overlooking our lovely garden. Your private bedroom area is on the first floor level with a large newly decorated double bedroom, with a private bathroom with toilet. We have 2 soppy Labrador dogs!

Stunning, Dbl En Suite in Grade II Georgian Home

Built in 1697, our lovely Georgian Home is right next to Putney Bridge. Located on the first floor, a modern and contemporary room perfect for couples and the single traveller. We have lived in London for many years and love passing on our favourite local gems to all our guests We also do not charge a cleaning fee! Our prices include breakfast (cooked included) We also have another two rooms, on the floor above, which can be booked by the same party/family.

Gorgeous large sunny, en suite, twin room + b’fast

We are situated literally at the foot of Alexandra Palace Park that boasts one of the best views of London, and 20 minutes overground train (Alexandra Palace) from the centre. The newly refurbished room now with an en-suite shower and toilet, overlooks our tropical garden featured on the BBC. We also have an additional single room that can be rented out with sole use of our larger shower room. Continental breakfast is included.

Family run Kennington B&B in a beautifully restored Grade II Georgian house built in 1779 and situated just 50 metres from Kennington tube station. The B&B is only minutes from Central London. All rooms have hotel King size beds & flat screen tv's It is the closest B & B to the Oval Cricket ground less than a 10 minute walk through lovely Kennington Park.

Twin-bedded sitting-room, 2 beds, 1 or 2 guests

This room is very quiet, cosy and spacious, and it has a desk for laptop working. It is perfect for either 1 or 2 people, but it’s also a home-from-home for a parent travelling with a child. Battersea Park, a range of pubs and restaurants, a leisure centre and all kinds of public transport (including Boris Bikes) are available nearby.
