L'alloggio appena ristrutturato, accogliente e luminoso, di circa 90 mq, si trova in contrada Caldura ad 1 Km dal centro urbano di Cefalù. Dista pochi minuti dalla spiaggia pubblica del kalura. Immerso nel verde ed in posizione panoramica, offre strepitosa vista della rocca, del porto e del mare. Può ospitare fino a 5 persone ed è composto da due ampie camere da letto, un grande salone, bagno, lavanderia e cucina. Tutti gli ambienti climatizzati. Parcheggio gratuito all'interno della proprietà.

The apartment (120m²) is located in a XVIII century building, just next to the cathedral and close to the sea. It offers an amazing view of Cefalù and an incomparable position. 2 King Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a huge living and dining room, a living kitchen and a private laundry.

Location incantevole ubicata in collina a 300 mt sopra il livello del mare tra il mare Mediterraneo e il bosco del Parco delle Madonie, spiagge paradisiache, tramonti idilliaci, natura selvaggia e incontaminata, un oasi di pace e relax che renderà il vostro soggiorno un'avventura unica ed indimenticabile. Casa sul mare a soli 4 km da Cefalù ed 1 km da S. Ambrogio. La casa fa parte di un complesso di villette a schiera posizionate a pochi passi dal mare. La spiaggia su cui si affaccia è tra le più belle ed incontaminate del territorio, caratterizzata da sassi e ghiaia. Il fondale è quasi interamente di sabbia finissima (ma potrebbe cambiare a seconda delle mareggiate) . In poche parole la vera casa sul mare!!! L'alloggio dispone di AC e smartTV con abbonamento Netflix in ogni stanza.

All the rooms have heating, windows (with net) and wardrobe. There is air conditioning either on the ground and the first floor

Recently renovated respecting the typical identity of the Madonite houses. At the PTerra kitchen in masonry with wood stove for lovers of tradition, bath and shower. On the 1st floor, fireplace, 2 armchairs and a sofa bed, On the 2nd P double bedroom with antique brass bed, a triptych of the early twentieth century in solid wood with attached bath. At the 3rd P room with 2 wooden bunk beds, with bathroom and panoramic terrace.

Nido sul mare

La casa si trova a pochi chilometro da Cefalù, vicino al piccolo borgo di S. Ambrogio. Immersa nella natura, tra alberi di ulivo, a ridosso del Parco delle Madonie, la vista della rocca di Cefalù e delle isole dell'arcipelago delle Eolie, vi incanterà ad ogni ora del giorno col cambiare dei colori, passando dal'azzurro chiaro del mattino al rosso fuoco del tramonto al blù stellato della notte.

My accomodation is suitable for couples, single adventurers, family with small child. It is a spacious room with fire place , kitchen corner and seperate shower room. Several windows look out over olive groves, cypress trees and the wondeful mountains of the Madonie.
