Several footpaths are nearby, leading to pubs, gardens, and a hotel with a new spa. Nearby Horsham offers everything to be expected from a pretty English market town. Brighton is 20 minutes by car. Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

It caters adequately for 1 or 2 people with a double bed, a table, 2 chairs, wardrobe, chest of drawers, beside tables, coat and umbrella stand, electric towel heater, television, air conditioner, shower, hand basin, toilet, kitchen area with microwave, sink and fridge. Parking is available in the street or on the driveway.
